The instructions are in English and French.
A sober top on the front, but with a pretty bow in the back. Version 1 is fully covering, while version 2 lets you see the back through the lace.
A PATTERN IN PDF OR PAPER FORMAT
The pattern is available in pdf OR paper format. The seam allowances are included (1 cm (⅜”)).
If you opt for the pdf format, after your purchase you can download :
- 28-page pdf file to assemble (A4 or US letter / print at home),
- 2-page pdf file (A0) if you want to print it at a copy shop,
- printing & assembly tips (in English and in French),
- an instruction guide for sewing the blouse (you'll find many illustrations to explain the step by step, QR codes to explanatory videos for some technical points, or tips for better sewing).
If you choose the paper format you will receive a printed folder with:
- A detailed instruction bookletfor sewing the blouse,
- The pattern board (no overlapping pieces) in real size.
SUPPLIES
To make this blouse, you'll need:
- Fabric (55'' wide):
- for version 1:
- sizes 34 to 46: 1.7 m (1 ⅞ y) of fabric
- sizes 48 to 56: 1.9 m (2 ⅛ y) of fabric
- for version 2:
- sizes 34 to 46: 1.4 m (1 ⅝ y) of fabric + 50 cm (20’’) of lace.
- sizes 48 to 56: 1.7 m (1 ⅞ y) of fabric + 50 cm (20’’) of lace
- You can use fabrics with a fluid drape such as viscose, tencel or silk.
- “Stiffer” fabrics would also be suitable such as: cotton poplin, cotton voile, swiss dot, linen, or a linen and cotton blend.
- from bias 4 cm wide (1 cm folded) :
- Sizes 34 to 46 : 80 cm (32’’)
- Sizes 48 to 56 : 90 cm (36’’)
