The instructions are in English and French.
The Lysiane shirt will seduce you with its bias cut and pleated front.
The shirt closes with a hidden button placket for a minimalist, structured look.
Last but not least, my favorite detail: the turned-down collar, which gives a touch of retro that I love so much!
A pattern in PDF or paper format
To get you started, the Lysiane shirt pattern is available at pdf OR in paper format.Sewing margins are included (1 cm).
Then, if you opt for the pdf format, after your purchase you will be able to download :
- a pdf file with 28 A4 (or US letter) pages to assemble,
- a 2-page pdf file (A0 format),
- printing & assembly tips (in English and in French),
- and also, an instruction guide to sew the shirt (you will find many illustrations to explain the step by step, QR codes towards explanatory videos for some technical points, or tips to sew better).
Finally, if you choose the paper format you will receive a printed folder with :

- and also, the pattern board (no overlapping pieces) in actual size.
Materials required for the Lysiane shirt
To make this shirt, you will need :
- Fabric (55'' wide):
- Sizes 34-38 : 2.3 m (2 ½y)
- Sizes 40-46: 2.6 m (2 ⅞y)
- Sizes 48-52: 3 m (3 ⅜y)
- Recommended fabrics: chambray, cotton poplin, viscose or silk.
- In the photos, I've used viscose poplin. The jacket is the Cosmique pattern in velvet.
- 1.30 m (1 1/2y) fusible interfacing.
- 6 buttons (1 cm | 3/8" in diameter) for hidden the button placket
- 4 buttons (1 cm | 3/8" in diameter) for the sleeve cuffs
- 1 button (1.5 to 2 cm | 5/8" in diameter) for the collar
- 1 button (7 to 8 mm | ~3/8" in diameter) to be placed under the collar
- 6 cm (2 3/8") elastic cord (diameter: 2-3mm | ~1/8")
