The instructions are in English and French.
Nuage is a skirt/short combination with a scalloped neckline on the front and back. This model is adjusted at the bust, and the waist is marked by a belt.
A PATTERN IN PDF or PAPER FORMAT
The pattern is available in pdf OR in paper format. The seam allowances are included (1 cm (⅜”)) .
If you opt for the pdf format, after your purchase you can download :
- 31-page pdf file to assemble (A4 or US letter),
- 3-page pdf file (A0 format / print at copyshop),
- printing tips (in English and in French),
- an instruction booklet (in English and in French),
- a pattern grading guide (in English and in French).
If you choose the paper format you will receive a printed folder with :
- A detailed instruction booklet,
- The pattern board (no overlapping pieces) in real size.
SUPPLIES
To make this jumpsuit, you’ll need:
- Thread,
- The fabric yardage depends on your size (width: 150 cm):
- from size 34 to size 40: 1.80 m (2 yards)
- from size 42 to size 46: 2 m (2 ¼ yards)
- from size 48 to size 52: 2,30 m (2 ½ yards)
- To create precise scallops, you can use a “stiff” fabric like cotton poplin, linen, or even chambray. You can also use a drapey fabric like viscose; in this case, make sure to use a fusible interfacing that is a bit firmer to reinforce the scallops.
- 75 cm (30”) of fusible interfacing (90 cm / 35” wide)
- A 50 cm (20”) invisible zip.
