The Lalaland dress features a front button placket and circle skirt. It allows for pretty draping. You'll also have a slimmer silhouette thanks to the strappy clip at the top of the dress.
The silhouette is also refined with the princess seam at the top of the dress.

First of all, the pattern is available in pdf OR in paper format. Sewing margins are included (1 cm).
If you opt for the pdf format, after your purchase you can download :
- 40-page pdf file (A4 or US letter), or 21-page pdf file, or 3-page pdf file (A0) if you want to print it at a copy shop,
- printing tips (in English and in French),
- a 20-page instruction booklet,
- a guide to eventually adapt the pattern to your morphology.
Finally, if you choose the paper format you will receive a printed folder with :
- A detailed instruction booklet,
- The pattern board (no overlapping pieces) in real size.
Materials needed to sew the Lalaland dress
To make this dress, you'll need:
- Thread,
- Fabric (60'' wide or 45" wide):
- 60'' wide : 3 yards
- 45'' wide : 3 ¾ yards
- You can use a fluid fabric such as viscose, crepe or polyester. You can also choose "stiffer" fabrics like chambray or cotton poplin.
- 1m (40”) of fusible interfacing
- and 10 buttons 1 cm in diameter.
