Maxence is an oversized jacket or coat ideal for mid-season or winter. This semi-length model is distinguished by its flounces that stretch from the neckline to blend into the sleeves.
Maxence has two front pockets and is fully lined.

A PATTERN IN PDF or PAPER FORMAT
The pattern is available in pdf (sizes 34-52) OR in paper format (sizes 34-46). Seam allowances are included (1 cm).
If you opt for the pdf format, after your purchase you can download :
- Sizes 34-46: 1 pdf file consisting of 40 A4 pages (or US letter size) to be assembled, or 1 pdf file consisting of 3 A0 pages,
- Sizes 48-52: 1 pdf file consisting of 52 A4 pages (or US letter size) to be assembled, or 1 pdf file consisting of 4 A0 pages,
- printing tips (in English and in French),
- a 46-page instruction guide (you will find numerous illustrations to explain the step-by-step process, QR codes to videos explaining certain technical points, and tips for better sewing).
If you choose the paper size (sizes 34-46) you will receive a printed pocket with :
- A detailed instruction booklet,
- The pattern board (no overlapping pieces) in real size.
SUPPLIES
To make this jacket/coat you will need :
- 140 cm wide fabric:
- Sizes 34-46: 2.60 m (2 ⅞ y)
- Sizes 48-52: 3 m (3 ⅜y)
👉 Gabardine, flannel, wool coating, tweed, denim, jacquard.
👉 Provide extra fabric if you need to match patterns.
- 140 cm wide lining:
- Sizes 34-46: 1.80 m (2 y)
- Sizes 48-52: 2.60 m (2 ⅞ y)
- 6 buttons
- 4 m (4 ⅜ y) of fusible interfacing (35” wide)
- Optional: 2 cm (¾”) wide iron-on hem
SIZES
The pattern goes from size 34 to 46 for the paper format, and from 34 to 52 for the PDF format.
