To make this top / dress, you will need:
- Fabric (60'' wide) :
- for the top: 1 ⅛ yard (sizes 34-46) or 2 yards (sizes 48-56)
- for the dress: 1½ yard (sizes 34-46) or 2½ yards (sizes 48-56)
- To make the eyelets last longer, I advise you to use a "rigid" fabric such as cotton poplin, chambray or linen. You can also use a fluid fabric such as viscose, crepe or even polyester provided that the fabric is not too thin. Be careful however with fabrics that do not iron like crepe or polyester: it will be more difficult to make the ties.
- Avoid very openwork fabrics as the eyelets will not hold up as well.
- 35.5 cm (14’’) of fusible interfacing ,
- 4 eyelets with an interior diameter of 8 mm.
