based on 205 reviewsI was just about to give up on sewing clothes after too many headaches with patterns from a very well-known German brand (even the “easy” versions), but now I’m back on track thanks to this lovely pattern, its clear instructions, and the video. And I love that the seam allowances are included! Should I dare try some variations now that I’ve gained some confidence (as the kids say)?
I fell in love with the design right away. It was a simple project to sew, but very stylish :)
I highly recommend this and other Leslubiesdecadia patterns. They come with really clear and thorough instructions. It was my first time sewing a jacket, and I totally nailed it—in my very objective opinion, anyway 😅. The hardest part was choosing the fabric and cutting it out, since I decided to go with geometric patterns.
A jacket that’s not as difficult as it seems at first glance. A pleasure to sew, very well explained, with a video to boot.
Plus, the finished garment measurement chart helps you choose the right size (I can’t do without it). I simply measured a store-bought jacket that I really like and that’s the same style, and I chose my size by comparing its measurements to those in the chart: guaranteed no disappointment! I made it in gabardine—it’s perfect—and I haven’t taken it off all spring.
I’m so happy that I bought the pattern and Tatin pattern .
Cadia's patterns are precise and clear. The finishing touches are spot-on! She also includes video tutorials, so it's impossible to mess up the piped collar. You absolutely have to sew these—the Garfield pajamas are so comfortable!!
It was a pleasure to make this dress. The pattern well-designed, clearly explained, and easy enough to make while still looking chic. I added hidden pockets in the side seams. I can't wait to wear it. Thank you, Cadia
These Garfield pajamas are a sewing masterpiece; everything is crystal clear and explained very well in the pattern booklet. Sewing becomes a truly therapeutic retreat! Special mention for the collar assembly, which goes together smoothly for a perfect result. Of all the collars I’ve made, this is the best one yet! The method suggested is brilliant.
I can’t wait to try this again with another fabric... and then with a different pattern
This Elsinki blouse turned out beautifully. The pattern perfect, and so is the tutorial. This is definitely the first time I’ve found a pattern that fits perfectly. Thank you so much.
I sewed your Raphaella and Lalaland dress patterns and I love them! I wore them all last summer :-)
The instructions are very clear, thank you!
For this summer, I’d like to sew a top like the bodice of the Raphaella dress. Do you think I could use your pattern lengthening the bodice a little?

Cadia has created a small instructional book that is nonetheless packed with clear explanations and clear, detailed photos. The patterns included are lovely pieces for your wardrobe. At the top of each pattern, Cadia describes which lessons apply to pattern for example, lessons 3, 4, and 5 for project #10). I have a comprehensive, large-format book for learning how to sew and draft patterns. But this one is just as good for learning how to sew beautiful basics.
This jacket was one of my first sewing projects.
I made it out of pink velvet with faux fur on the other side, so I didn’t need a lining.
I love this jacket—it’s comfortable, roomy, and I love the pockets.
I pattern recommend this pattern easy to make thanks to the instructions in the booklet and the assembly video.
Thank you, Cadia 💕 I finally have a jacket that fits me ☺️
Great pattern —it was so quick to make. I learned how to apply bias tape and snap fasteners, and I really enjoyed it. I sewed it twice using quilted fabric, once with a folded seam so I could wear it either way, because I can’t decide which side of the quilting I like best.
I especially love the swan neck collar.
Next project: a Chantilly jacket in wool.
Thank you, Cadia.
Wow, thank pattern so much for this pattern amazing!! It's incredibly easy to follow and explained really well. I followed the instructions to the letter, and my jacket turned out beautiful... I love it!!
pattern and the measurements are perfect. I am very happy with this model and it is very comfortable to wear. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for your clear explanations.
I really love this perfectly proportioned shirt, and I can see myself wearing it a lot in the future! It's just a little loose for a relaxed fit, but not too loose to remain comfortable under a sweater. I just replaced the sleeve facings with capuchin tabs, which I always enjoy making, and more classic cuffs. Thank you, Cadia!
