FAQs
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
First off, make sure to double-check your cart before you finalize your order. Some patterns are available as PDFs, while others are physical paper patterns. If you've opted for a PDF pattern, you'll receive the download link directly in your email inbox right after your purchase. If you haven't received an email with the download link, it might be in your spam folder or the "Promotions" tab of some email services.
Alternatively, you can always find your download link right in your customer account. Just click on your order number to access it:

If you've chosen one or more paper patterns, delivery typically takes between 2 and 7 business days within metropolitan France.
WHICH FABRIC TO CHOOSE FOR MY pattern ?
For each of my patterns, I produce a blog post where you'll find my advice on choosing your fabric. To do this, go to the blog and type the pattern name in the search bar. In the results, you'll find the article on the pattern you're looking for.
I also give more general advice in this video:
I'M A HORSE BETWEEN SEVERAL SIZES, HOW CAN I ADAPT THE pattern TO MY MORPHOLOGY?
To gradate between different sizes, you can use the bust line, waist line and hip line mentioned on the pattern boards.
For some PDF models, the pattern is accompanied by a fitting guide, which you'll find in the download link.
Finally, you'll find general advice on fitting patterns on the blog.
I'M STARTING TO SEW; WHICH pattern CAN I START WITH?
The difficulty level is indicated on each pattern (at the bottom of the product sheet). It ranges from 1 (easiest) to 5 (most difficult).
If you're just starting out, I recommend choosing a pattern with a difficulty level between 1 and 2.
WHAT FABRIC YARDAGE DO YOU NEED FOR A 140 CM WIDE FABRIC?
Most of the yardages offered in the store are for 150 cm-width fabrics.
If you want to use a 140 cm-width fabric, I advise you to lay the pattern pieces on the floor as if you were laying them out on a 140 cm-width fabric and measure the required length.
WHY DOES MY PDF pattern NOT PRINT AT THE RIGHT SIZE?
First off, most PDFs are available in several formats: you can print them on A4 sheets (or US letter), A3 sheets, or even A0 sheets.
So, make sure to pay attention to the file format based on the paper you're using. The file format (A4, A3, or A0) is indicated in the file name.
Also, in your print layout settings, the file needs to be printed at 'actual size'. Just print the first page to measure the test square. Then, check that the sides are indeed 5 cm. If everything's good, you can go ahead and print the rest of the pages.
All this info is summarized in a file available at the download link.
Do I need a password to print the PDFs?
No password needed.
The provided PDF files are protected, meaning they can't be modified. So, if you run into printing issues at the print shop or with a copier, it's likely because the software is trying to edit the file (which isn't allowed for this file type). Make sure to mention this to your printer or check the copier's settings if it asks for a password.
