To make this dress, you'll need:
- Fabric, 140 cm wide:
- Short version: 2 meters (2¼y)
- Long version: 2.80 meters (3 1/8y)
- Recommended fabrics: viscose twill, viscose poplin, viscose jacquard, cotton poplin, cotton gauze, chambray, eyelet lace, linen.
- Of fusible interfacing:
- Short version: 1 meter (1 1/8y)
- Long version: 1,30 meter (1 ½y)
- Buttons (diameter: 2 cm (¾") max):
- Short version: 8
- Long version: 10
Finally, for both my versions, I used viscose twill. It's a fluid fabric, but thicker than classic viscose poplin, so there's no need to line the dress.
