Griffon, pajamas with personality!

Somewhere between a kimono and lingerie, Griffon reimagines the traditional pajamas with a loose, relaxed silhouette designed to combine comfort and elegance.

The top features a pretty peplum just above the waist, while its exposed, outward-facing lapels give it a kimono-inspired look. At the bust, a front panel accentuates the neckline and lends the design its unique character. It can be made from the main fabric for a cohesive look, or crafted from lace for a more delicate and feminine take.

These comfortable-fitting pants feature an elastic waistband for easy dressing and plenty of freedom of movement.

With its generous cut and meticulous details, Griffon is an invitation to take some time for yourself and savor life’s little pleasures. A pair of pajamas that’s full of character—even when you decide to just relax!

Then, if you opt for the pdf format, after your purchase you will be able to download :

a PDF file (with size templates) consisting of 48 A4 (or US letter) pages to be assembled,
a PDF file (with size layers) consisting of 3 pages (A0 format),
printing & assembly tips (in English and in French),
as well as an instruction manual.

Lastly, if you opt for the paper format, you'll receive a printed pouch with:

Materials Needed for the Griffon Pajamas

To make this model, you will need :

Fabric (55'' wide):
- Sizes 34–38: 3.30 m
- Sizes 40–46: 3.50 m
- Sizes 48–52: 4.10 m

👉 Viscose twill, viscose poplin, silk satin, viscose crepe, Lyocell (Tencel) twill or poplin, cupro, crepe de Chine, viscose-linen blend, viscose satin.

[optional] 25 cm of scalloped lace
55 cm of fusible interfacing
8 cm of ribbon (1.5 cm (⅝") wide) or a sewing label
[optional] Up to 2.10 m of piping (1 cm wide)
1 elastic band (2.5 cm wide): the required length is equal to your waist measurement

Finally, the height used for this pattern is 1.68 m (I'm 1.62 m tall; I sewed a size 34 for the blouse and a size 36 for the pants).

Pants length (from the waist): 100 cm (sizes 34–46) or 102 cm (sizes 48–52)
